Our Community

Our Community provides access to a series Social Profiles and reports prepared by the Palmerston North City Council.

These Social Profiles are intended to bring together a wide range of information and indicators on particular sectors in the community. They aim to improve the knowledge and capacity of the community, the Council and government agencies, to understand and appreciate the circumstances, aspirations and challenges facing various sectors in our community as well as identifying themes common across the City.

Additional profiles and related reports are being developed on an ongoing basis and will be available here in the future.

The information here is drawn from a variety of government and non-government sources. The Palmerston North City Council thanks all those agencies and individuals who have contributed to these reports.
